The Challenge: Many back-of-house chefs hesitate to incorporate avocados into their menus, viewing the fruit as too time-consuming and labor-intensive to work with.
The Goal: Demonstrate that Wholly® Avocado products eliminate the hassle, arriving ready-to-use—pitted, scooped, and prepped—to save time and labor in busy kitchens.
To connect with chefs nationwide, we crafted a targeted campaign that included:
